Lucinda Cardigan, a paid pattern on Ravelry by Lucinda La Barre

Size 5 needles, yarn is: MerLin by Louet (60% Linen/ 40% Merino) from Webs in 2013, started 2013.  This is a resurrected WIP.  Now that I have taken a Fit to Flatter class by Amy Herzog, I realize I definitely knit the wrong size.   I think I will keep knitting and if really too large will debate if I should send it to the frog pond or not.  Oh and color way is violet, better pictures to come it's well on its way to being done. There is a back panel of lace diamonds the length of garment.

100 Days of Happiness Begins

Today June 1 is the start. Each day I will pick one thing that made me particularly happy.

I took my dog Skippy to a small dog play group, sorry forgot to take pictures. But he came home with 2 gift bags.  Overall, was a success. This is Skippy, my miniature white schnauzer. My next post will be a sewing, knitting, and spinning update.

Introduction

Plan to officially restart blogging May 1, 2014.  This will be a medley of crafts.  I can knit, crochet, bead, spin and do paper crafts.  I am a new sewer and weaver with 3 different looms. I am also obsessed with recycling and basic carpentry.  So will be lots of sharing of fun things.  I also am newly gluten free, 3 months +, may sneak some of that in.  May 1, I hope to start this blog, 100 days of Happiness project, 30 Day Ab challenge, and better note keeping on my fiber projects. Ambitious ...oh yes....I love challenges!!
